Assessments
- If an assessment has been purchased and the student has not started an attempt, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an attempt has been started, the assessment is treated as delivered and is not refundable, because the question paper has been released.
- If a technical fault on our side prevents completion or report generation, we will restore access or refund in full.
Counselling sessions
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
- Cancellation within 24 hours, or a no-show, is not refundable.
- If the counsellor is unavailable, you may reschedule at no cost or take a full refund.
Admission and examination support
- Before work begins, cancel for a full refund of the service fee.
- Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated against work completed, as recorded in your case timeline.
- Official examination or application fees paid to a third party are governed by that body's rules and cannot be refunded by us.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Timing after that depends on your bank. A refund does not delete your order or receipt. To request a refund, write to contact@ambitncareers.com with your order reference.
