(1) The website is informational, promotional and pre-launch in nature.
(2) References to proposed features, services, assessments, technology, collaborations, impact, scale, timelines or future plans are indicative and may be changed, postponed, limited or discontinued.
(3) Nothing on the website is a binding promise that a particular feature, service, partnership, employment opportunity, admission outcome or launch date will be made available.
(4) Registering interest does not create a customer relationship, student account, paid subscription, admission, partnership, agency, employment relationship or entitlement to future access.
4. Eligibility and users below 18 years
(1) The public landing page may be viewed by students, parents, guardians, schools, institutions, professionals, partners and other interested persons.
(2) A person below 18 years should not independently submit personal information through the landing page. A parent or lawful guardian should submit information on the child's behalf.
(3) Do not submit passwords, identity documents, marksheets, financial details, health or psychological information, assessment responses or other sensitive information through the Register Interest form.
5. Register Interest form and communications
(1) You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.
(2) We may use the submitted information to acknowledge your interest, respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, send relevant pre-launch updates or business communications as described in the Privacy Policy.
(3) Marketing consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by using an unsubscribe option or emailing us.
(4) We may reject, delete or disregard submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, automated, unlawful, misleading or unrelated to our business.
6. Permitted use and acceptable conduct
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the public website for personal information and legitimate business evaluation. You must not:

- attempt unauthorised access to systems, code, infrastructure, accounts or data;
- interfere with the website's security, integrity or availability; or
- use the website for fraud, harassment, unlawful advertising or unauthorised data collection.
7. Intellectual property and proprietary rights
This clause is fundamental. Except for third-party materials used under licence or otherwise lawfully permitted, all rights, title and interest in the original AMBITN CAREERS materials are owned by, commissioned for, assigned to or lawfully licensed to SMUFGC PRIVATE LIMITED. Legal clarification: copyright protects original expression and material implementation, not an abstract idea by itself. Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful independent development based on general ideas that is not copied from AMBITN CAREERS protected materials, confidential information or proprietary implementation. The Company reserves all rights available under copyright, trademark, design, patent, confidentiality, contract, passing-off, trade-secret and other applicable laws.
8. Prohibited copying and misuse
Without prior written authorisation, you must not:

- use AMBITN CAREERS materials to train, benchmark, promote or market another product or service without permission;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, download in bulk, archive or build a database from the website;
- use screenshots, documents or product materials as your own in presentations, websites, applications, advertisements, investment materials or social media;
- misrepresent any association, partnership, approval, endorsement or affiliation with the Company; or
- obtain or disclose non-public product, technical, assessment or commercial information through deception, unauthorised access or circumvention.
9. Confidential and non-public information
Information received through a private demonstration, proposal, prototype, restricted document, meeting, email, partner discussion or other non-public channel may be confidential even if it is not marked "confidential". You must use it only for the purpose for which it was provided and must comply with any applicable non-disclosure agreement. Public access to the landing page does not waive confidentiality in non-public materials.
10. Third-party content, tools and AI-generated visuals
The website may include licensed stock assets, AI-assisted or AI-generated visual material, third-party marks, links, fonts, analytics, forms, cloud services or embedded tools. Those elements remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners or providers. AI-generated depictions are fictional unless expressly identified otherwise. Their inclusion does not grant you any rights in them and does not imply third-party endorsement.
11. User submissions and feedback
(1) You retain ownership of original material that you lawfully submit.
(2) You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and use a submission only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate interest, improve the website or business and comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy.
(3) General suggestions or ideas voluntarily submitted without a written confidentiality agreement may be evaluated or used without an obligation to compensate you, while your pre-existing protected material remains yours.
(4) Do not submit confidential material belonging to another person or organisation.
12. General information and no professional advice
The landing page is provided for general information only. It is not educational, psychological, medical, legal, financial, admission or career advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
17. Indemnity
Subject to applicable law, you agree to indemnify the Company and its representatives against third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of rights, unauthorised submission of information or material breach of these Terms.
